.1) Cyfs workers turn up at your house for a so-called interview ( in otherwords they are scanning your house for any untidyness, anything that can back them up.
2)Cyfs and the Police will turn up at your house with a warrant to uplift your child/children.MAKE SURE THEY PROVIDE A AFFIDAVIT WITH THIS WARRANT, this states their reasons for stealing your child - often they do not provide you with this at time of uplifting -DEMAND IT!!! this is your first point of evidence- at this stage you cant do a thing they have now been granted by law to proceed.
3)Your child/children will be placed in care - you will have no say so where they go at this stage your child is now owned by the state.
4) about 3 days later you will get a phone call from a social worker to come to their office for a appointment - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAPE THIS, OR TAKE A WITNESS.
if you show any emotion at this interview or say anything out of place - IT WILL BE used against you.
5)You will them be required to attend a Family Group Conference, this will involve, Social workers, lawyer for child, your family if you have some. Family group conferences are BULLSHIT. dont even bother is my advice - because to be honest Cyfs are playing with you they already have it all worked out.
6) the most important thing here is YOUR REALITY. heres what happens to you while you are trying to deal with all this government bullshit.
You will be in complete distress wondering and worrying where your child is. You will look around your house your childrens toys will be where they left them, . Your childrens bedrooms will be empty !!! you will be to greif stricken to face that, its like your child died, your mind will be in chaos - I liken it to having the mat pulled out from underneath you and you are falling and you dont no what to do.All around you will be your childrens belongings, believe me and those of you that have experienced this no how shattering this is - Hang on and hang in there. DONT LET CYFS WIN, by you falling apart this will only give them more ammo on you.
