ACC sensitive claims files Cyfs are able to supeona BECAREFUL

I cannot write about this subject enough - If you are going to be targeted or are targeted by Cyfs - Cyfs have access to ACC SENSITIVE Claims files - those of you who have been through the Acc System for Sensitive claims know how totally personal these files are, they are about such private issues!!!! THAT no body should have the right to read- """""OH KNOW"""""- Child Youth and family can!they will get your file and use it against you -' DIRTY PLAYERS' - be one step ahead of them always!!!!!!. becareful of who you trust , Cyfs also supeona Alcohol and drug files so if you have had help in that area Be careful if you become a Cyfs target they will use that against you too. These organisations have no choice to pass on this information in all its glory,  under the "some saftey for child act"- this act Cyfs use to bloody much !!!! -

 I hope by writing this some of you that have not got to the stage of having a child uplifted can just watch your backs and becareful what you say to these people.
This I no defeats the purpose of these organisations designed to help- like Aand D - counselling etc, they are very necessary for some people, but the problem arises when Cyfs need to back their lies and by using these files that we innoncently discuss with what we believe are trustworthy people, Cyfs have backup to the courts to support their hideous and slanderous lies -

CYFS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM HAVING CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has become obvious to the Government that Cyfs are failing the children in their care. They are incapable of careing for these vunerable children -they are uneducated and not proper people in themselves - honestly have you seen some of the social workers, or met them.!!!!!.
Come on this  is a serious issue - and one day, it may take another ten years and many child deaths later for the so-called Ministers to wake up and face the hideous mistakes Cyfs have made,but no-body can give you back the time your child was taken from you and no-body can give back the time to the child or children that were taken,.
We greive this process Paula Bennett to have a child taken is a death and just because you and your Cyfs cohorts trash us and make us look like scum - we as woman and men know who we are and one day we will be heard - SO PAULA BENNETT keep burying your head in the sand because im not going away until The CYFS organisation is audited and the harm they have done is put right

CYFS USE ACC SENSITIVE CLAIM FILES AGAINST YOU: BE AWARE OF THIS AND BECAREFUL .

To  enable you to fight Cyfs you need to be prepared to go to court and fight The Crown prosecutors - This is what Cyfs do to you!,  if you dare stand up to them and claim they have illegally taken your child or children.
And guess who the Judge listens to, not you or I, they listen to  the  Crown prosecutors who have all the money and Legal resources at their feet.
You see Cyfs cant be wrong othewise  all of us who have serious grievences with cyfs would actually get  listened to.
These people  get put up in hotels and paid hundreds and hour to prove that what Cyfs say about you is true, because Cyfs target people who live on the poverty line and these are people  WHO CERTAINLY cannot afford to fight the Crown - so we get given the legal aide lawyers whos suggest we go along with cyfs, Why because they are all drinking from the same smelly trough- Cyfs battles mean legal aide to these lawyers and long drawn out court battles, so bring on a years income for the lawyer and in some cases years and years of income and you will still get no-where
What we need is a lawyer with a backbone who will fight for the parents rights to have their side of the story told and for CYFS to stop all their lies that they put in disclosures and there pathetic affidavits AND BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THERE SLANDERING LIES and not to forget that Cyfs have all the organisations on their side - oh payroll I should say.
and be very very aware Cyfs can supeona any file of yours they wish -, ACC sensitive claim files, A and D files - doctors files and couscelling files etc - I know they have done it all to me and believe me they will use your files against you - because of childhood abuse which is on ACC sensitive claim files - Cyfs will say you are mental and shouldnt have a child in your care .

Harvey Pope - Sue Mackle- Glen Taplin I believe are just some of Wairarapas corrupt police

The newspapers can praise up these idiot police, all they like, but the people in the Wairarapa who have been falsley charged and persercuted by these police know that they are the biggest liars out.
Harvey Pope has local police informants in the community 'they no who they are' and he uses them to get people he dosnt like put in jail , and then lies in court under oath about his false charges - harvey pope and Sue Mackle encourage these informants to use their children to give evidence under oath in court as well to help put people in jail- I CALL THIS CHILD ABUSE!!!!!! and then what do we see " poor sue Mackle crying foul about not having money and time to deal with child abuse cases - well shes a big fat liar - they have plenty time deal with their pathetic personal vendettas against people they dislike in the local community.
SUE MACKLE questioned my son for over a hour about a local person in the community my son was only nine,so when my son gave no evidence against that person what so ever she persisited in having my nine year old son interrogated and she still got no-where - SUCK eggs all you disgusting wairarapa police - all your ideas about certain people are all dreamed up in your paranoid police heads - waste the tax payers money - one day we will get what you owe us back for the time, money and energy you idiots have sucked out of us
